Information you give us directly.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email, or phone, or apply through our partner platform SmartMatch, you may share your name, email, phone number, age, location, photos, and details about your relationship goals and preferences. Client applications and profiles are stored on SmartMatch, the secure matchmaking platform we use to manage client data.
Information shared during services.
Coaching and matchmaking involve personal topics. You may choose to share information about your relationship history, values, lifestyle, and partner preferences. We treat all of it as strictly confidential.
Information collected automatically.
Our website is hosted on Tilda. Like most websites, it may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time of visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
The quiz on our website does not collect or store your personal information.
We never share your profile, photos, or contact details with a potential match without your consent. When we introduce you to someone, we share only the information you have agreed to share.
We use trusted third parties to run our business: Tilda (website hosting), SmartMatch (client application and matchmaking platform), WhatsApp / Meta (messaging), Stripe (payments), and our email provider. Each has its own privacy policy. When you follow a link from our website to SmartMatch or WhatsApp, their privacy policies apply.
We may also share information with other professional matchmakers or partner agencies, only to find a match for you and only with your consent.
Cookies help our website work and show us how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly without them.
We keep your information while you are our client and for a reasonable time afterward, as needed for our services, legal, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No online transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
