Our services

LoveQ offers relationship coaching, matchmaking, consultations, and educational programs. The specific scope, duration, and price of each service are set out in your individual service agreement or written offer.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal advice. It is not a substitute for treatment by a licensed mental health or medical professional.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally free to enter a relationship. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information about yourself, including your relationship status.

No guarantee of results

We use our professional experience and best efforts to help you. However, we cannot guarantee that you will meet a partner, enter a relationship, or achieve any specific result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Introductions and personal safety

We screen candidates using interviews and the information they provide. We do not perform criminal background checks unless agreed in writing. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting anyone we introduce. We recommend meeting in public places and using common sense.

LoveQ is not responsible for the conduct of any person you meet through our services.

Fees and payment

Fees are listed in your individual service agreement or written offer. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another method we agree on. Services begin once payment is received.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund terms are set out in your individual service agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees for services already provided are non-refundable.

To reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as used.

Confidentiality

We keep everything you share with us confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. We share your profile with a potential match only with your consent. In return, you agree to keep private any personal information you learn about other clients or matches.

Client conduct

You agree to treat us and anyone you are introduced to with respect. We may end services without refund if a client gives false information, behaves in an abusive or unsafe way, or violates these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on loveq.net and in our programs, including texts, tests, methods, materials, and the LoveQ™ name and logo, belongs to LoveQ by Oksana Shmid. You may not copy, sell, or distribute it without our written permission.

Third-party links

Our website links to third-party services, such as SmartMatch and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LoveQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
